New Seasons Market
New Seasons Market brings the best local foods into our communities. Every holiday season, customers can pre-order their Thanksgiving feast for pickup at their local store. My challenge was to design an engaging and easy way for customers to find and reserve their dishes. Using the signed off home page as art direction, I worked closely with the art director to design the microsite and develop a visual system that expanded to the main newseasonsmarket.com website.

The category page is where customers can find specific items available and add them to their cart. I started by going through the wireframes and assessing the user flow, while working closely with the UX strategist to find ways to streamline the experience during the design process.
As I developed the design, we maintained New Season's quirky brand attributes by bringing in a variety of illustrations with hand drawn qualities. We also extended the chalkboard texture throughout the page to bring in the feeling of being in a store and reading from a menu.
I collaborated with the development team to ensure the responsiveness and QA of the site, while providing storyboards of illustration animations and optimized images.
The site has been launched and is open on newseasonsmarket.com during the months of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
